Terms & Policy
1. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide — including your name, phone number, email, and delivery address — are accurate and complete. You are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (Rs.) and include the displayed product price plus any applicable delivery fee.
- Discounted prices, where shown, replace the original price for that item.
- Payment is collected through the method you select at checkout (Cash on Delivery, QR Code, or Bank Transfer as offered by the seller).
- For prepaid methods, your order is confirmed once payment is received.
3. Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the seller's dispatch schedule.
- A delivery fee is added to your order total where applicable.
- Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Return eligibility and the return window (in days) are set by the seller and shown on the checkout page and your invoice.
- If a return is available, you may request it within the stated window using your Order ID on the returns page.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. The seller reviews and approves return requests.
- If the seller's policy states "No returns," orders are final once placed.
5. Order Confirmation & Invoice
After a successful order, an invoice containing your Order ID and order details is sent to your email. Keep your Order ID safe — it is required to track or return your order.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched and are subject to the seller's approval. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and is governed by the return policy above.
7. Privacy
The information you provide is used solely to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. It is shared with the seller fulfilling your order and is not sold to third parties.
8. Liability
The platform connects buyers with independent sellers. Product quality, fulfilment, and after-sales support are the responsibility of the seller. We facilitate the transaction but are not liable for disputes arising directly between buyer and seller.
9. Acceptance
By ticking the agreement box and pressing Pay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policy.
